​​Individual Therapy (Ages 3 and up)

Couples Counseling
​Couples counseling focuses on improving relationships between partners by addressing communication issues, resolving conflicts, and enhancing intimacy. Family Therapy

Group Therapy​

Offering solutions for high-conflict divorce and custody cases to improve communication, family dynamics, and reduce stress. A structured program with extensive training in skills and relationship improvement to reach solutions for families. ​
Service Modalities
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Treating concerns of Depression, Anxiety, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Including mastering skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Optimal modality for concerns of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD.

Trauma Therapy
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Play Therapy
Modalities include evidenced-based practices from DBT and CBT, offering art interventions, interactive play therapy, and education.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
The goal of IFS therapy is to help individuals develop a compassionate relationship with their parts, fostering healing and integration. A key concept in IFS is the "Self," which represents a core aspect of a person that is compassionate, calm, and centered. Therapy focuses on helping the Self lead and harmonize the various parts, allowing for a more balanced and fulfilling life.​
