Iris is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate who is passionate about empowering clients through advocacy, authenticity, and empathy. With a background in social justice and mental health counseling, Iris specializes in supporting adolescents and adults on their life journeys.

Using a queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed lens, Iris tailors evidence-based practices to each client's needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Feminist Therapy, and Clinical Hypnosis. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity acceptance (ADHD, disability, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, intersecting identities), as well as women's issues.

Outside of her office, Iris enjoys spending time with her loved ones, playing video games, discovering the best bubble tea spots, crafting, and relaxing with her cats and husky.
